Kiley Williams

2021

Business

Kiley is a Baltimore-born middle child, raised by two Caribbean immigrants, one of which is an HBCU grad. She comes from a family of engineers. Kiley chose Morgan State for its business program and to be close to home but to her surprise, she gained international experiences, a second home, and more career opportunities than she first imagined. Her motivation comes, in part, from her campus experiences. After reluctantly joining some friends for a worship and prayer session in a parking lot on campus at midnight, she felt a type of freedom she wanted to share with others. She is working to help people be free and live in their full potential—whether through working in ministry, economic development in a foreign country, helping businesses thrive in the States, or through any of her other passions. Following her graduation in Spring 2021, Kiley will be an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs learning invaluable skills and getting world-class training that will help her on the paths she pursues. On top of her stellar academic and professional profile, Kiley founded and runs the ministry "All Access Global" with her friends and preserves her "Grandy’s" legacy through launching “Grandy’s Kitchen”.
