Code 2040's mission is to activate, connect, and mobilize the largest racial equity community in tech to dismantle the structural barriers that prevent the full participation and leadership of Black and Latinx people in the innovation economy.

Description

As a Code2040 Fellow, you’ll spend your summer in an intensive career accelerator for 9 weeks between June and August. You’ll intern at a top-tech company and participate in a series of learning experiences designed to equip you with the tools and resources you need to navigate the tech industry and build an exciting career. You’ll engage in racial equity advocacy work in a much more intimate cohort.

Requirements and Qualifications

#### Qualifications:
- Must be a Black or Latinx college or university student (including community college) or recent graduate (up to two years out of school) in the United States.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to commit to the full 9-week program.

#### Requirements:
- Must be available for the full duration of the program, from June to August.
- Must be able to intern at a top-tech company.
