We want different names in the credits. New names on industry doors. More HBCUs repped within W+K’s walls and beyond.
The ADMagic program is about getting more students from historically black colleges and universities to see themselves in the business. To see that the talents they have now could turn into spectacular, creative careers (even if their families find doctors, lawyers, and architects easier to understand).
Requirements and Qualifications
The ADMAGIC Program is open to students from historically black colleges and universities who are interested in advertising and creative careers. To be eligible, applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an HBCU
- Strong academic record
- Demonstrated interest in advertising and creative careers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In addition to meeting the qualifications above, applicants must also meet the following requirements:
- Able to commit to the full length of the fellowship program
- Willing to relocate to the program's location (if necessary)
- Authorized to work in the United States
